Returns Info

Know when and how you can return products purchased on Camverse.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are available only for eligible delivered items. Returned items must meet the policy condition.

2. Return Window

Return requests should be raised within the allowed timeline shown for your order.

3. How to Raise a Return

Go to your order details page, choose the item, select return reason, and submit the request.

4. Review and Approval

Return requests are reviewed by admin. Once approved, refund is processed as per payment and coupon rules.

5. Refund After Return

Approved return refunds are credited to wallet. Coupon eligibility adjustments may apply for partial returns.
