Camverse Policies
This page explains how refunds are processed for cancellations and returns.
Refunds are applicable for eligible cancelled orders and approved return requests. Products must satisfy the return conditions shown at the time of order.
Refunds are credited to your Camverse wallet. You can track all wallet credits and debits in the Wallet section of your account.
If a coupon was applied and a partial cancellation/return makes the remaining order amount ineligible for that coupon, refund may be adjusted by coupon deduction as per order rules.
Wallet refunds are usually reflected shortly after cancellation or return approval. In exceptional cases, processing can take longer.
